What you will be doing:
Support Founders: Work with ambitious business owners who need experienced financial and commercial leadership.
Create Value: Help founders improve performance, strengthen their businesses and increase enterprise value.
Plan For Growth: Support businesses with strategic planning, acquisitions, funding readiness and financial decision-making.
Prepare For Exit: Help founders build stronger, more valuable businesses and prepare effectively for future transactions.
Build Relationships: Develop trusted relationships with founders, fellow CFOs, C-Suite professionals and specialist partners.
Collaborate: Share experience, knowledge, introductions and opportunities across the CFO+Team community.
What we are looking for:
Experienced finance leadership: You are an experienced CFO, Finance Director, Financial Controller, Fractional CFO or senior commercial finance professional.
Commercial mindset: You understand how strong financial leadership can contribute to growth, value creation and better business outcomes.
Relationship driven: You are comfortable working directly with founders, shareholders and senior leadership teams.
Interest in growth and M&A: You want greater exposure to acquisitions, funding, private equity, business exits and value creation.
