Opportunities are UK-wide and on-site, with no remote working.

What you will be doing:
Support founders: Work with ambitious business owners who need experienced C-Suite leadership and strategic guidance.
Create business value: Help founders strengthen performance, professionalise their businesses and increase long-term enterprise value.
Support growth: Apply your experience across strategic planning, commercial development, funding, operations, acquisitions and business growth.
Prepare businesses for exit: Help founders understand what buyers want, strengthen their businesses before sale and improve their readiness for future transactions.
Build strategic relationships: Develop trusted relationships with founders, other C-Suite professionals, private equity contacts, strategic buyers and specialist partners.
Share experience: Contribute knowledge, insights, introductions and opportunities to an experienced peer community.
Mentor founders: Use your experience to help business owners make stronger strategic decisions and build more valuable businesses.
Stay ahead: Continue developing your knowledge across changing markets, technology, private equity, funding, M&A and founder challenges.
Contribute to the wider community: Share opportunities with other members and, where applicable, participate in revenue-sharing or charitable initiatives.
What we are looking for:
Experienced C-Suite leadership: You have substantial experience operating at senior executive or board level.
Relevant senior roles: CFOs, COOs, CMOs, CROs and other experienced C-Suite or senior number-two executives are welcome.
Commercial mindset: You understand how leadership, strategy and execution contribute to stronger business performance and greater enterprise value.
Founder focused: You are comfortable working directly with entrepreneurs, shareholders and senior leadership teams.
Growth and transaction experience: You have an interest in or experience across business growth, acquisitions, funding, M&A, value creation or exits.
Relationship driven: You understand the importance of trusted long-term relationships with founders, peers and professional partners.
Collaborative approach: You are willing to contribute knowledge, opportunities and experience while continuing to learn from other senior professionals.
