Management Consultant

Meridian & Blackwood is seeking a Management Consultant to join our advisory practice. You will work within project teams to solve complex client problems, develop recommendations, and support delivery across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse client challenges, data, and business performance to identify opportunities.

• Develop clear, evidence-based recommendations and strategic solutions.

• Contribute to client presentations, reports, and project deliverables.

• Support the delivery and implementation of agreed changes.

• Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders.

• Stay current on industry trends, market shifts, and best practice.

Experience & Skills:

• Degree qualified, ideally 2:1 or above.

• Two or more years' experience in consulting or a comparable analytical role.

• Strong problem-solving and quantitative skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Confident working across multiple projects and stakeholders.

Preferred:

• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.

• Sector specialism in financial services or industrials.
