We are seeking an experienced Senior FX Broker to join our team at Orbis Exchange. This role is suited to a proven broker with a track record in foreign exchange or financial sales, ready to manage high-value clients and drive revenue on an established desk.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and private FX clients.
Develop new business through your own network, referrals, and warm leads.
Structure and execute currency trades and hedging solutions to suit client needs.
Build long-term relationships that deliver repeat business and client retention.
Mentor and support junior brokers on the desk.
Maintain accurate records of client activity and ensure full regulatory compliance.
Experience & Skills:
Proven experience as an FX broker or in a related financial sales role.
Established client relationships or a portable book of business preferred.
Strong understanding of currency markets, hedging, and international payments.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work at pace.
